Lights back on after Con Ed equipment failure plunges much of Manhattan into the dark on a summer Saturday night I've been linking power outages with Ceres-Pallas configurations. Pallas for intelligence, Ceres for the taking away of things. This weekend we had transiting Pallas at 16 Lib square NYC's progressed Ceres at 14 Cancer, transiting Ceres at 0 Sag forming a conjunction to NYC's Uranus at 1 Sag, and transiting Sun, Nodes, Saturn, and Pluto all square NYC's Pallas at 20 Aries.
